You can find CDM Partners Advisors LLP over at the WeWork in the Enam Sambhav building. We are in space HD-106. It’s on G Block Road in the Bandra Kurla Complex. Working out of a shared space like this means there is always someone around. It keeps the energy up, I guess. Our specific spot is where we handle all our daily tasks. It’s not a huge area, but it fits us just fine. Mumbai is a crowded city, so you learn to make the most of the space you have. We don’t go in for big speeches or formal presentations inside the office. We usually just sit around and figure out what needs to happen next. BKC is a bit of a maze sometimes, but once you find C 20, we are right there. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through files. It’s steady work. We like the location because it’s central for everyone. The air conditioning is usually blasting because Mumbai heat is no joke. We’ve got a few plants that we try to keep alive, and there’s always a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the address; it’s just where we happen to be. We show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
