Capgemini

We’re located in Flat No 15 A, part of the Jeevan Aradhana building in the LIC Colony. That’s over in Borivili West, Mumbai 400103. Capgemini operates out of this flat, which makes for a much different vibe than a typical office tower. It feels more like a home that happens to have a lot of computers in it. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. You just come up to the 6 1 section and find us there. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it keeps us close. We do our work, talk about the weekend, and keep the coffee pot going. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet during the day except for the usual Mumbai sounds. We aren't doing any big sales pitches or corporate presentations here. Most of our work is behind the scenes, fixing things and making sure systems run okay. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code. As long as the work gets finished, everyone is happy. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit, but we don't mind. It’s just how we operate. We’re just a bunch of regular people doing our best in a small space. The view from the window is mostly just the other buildings in the colony.
