We are over at Palash Tower, unit 112 B, which is on the Veera Desai Road extension in Andheri West. It is a part of the Prathmesh Complex. Anyone who works in Mumbai knows Andheri is where everything happens, but it’s also quite chaotic. We’ve carved out our little space here for Capgemini operations. It’s a busy office because there is always something going on. We don't have a polished front desk with someone in a suit; it’s more about people running around with laptops. The road outside is always under some kind of construction, but we manage to get in every day. We focus on the tech tasks, the coding, and the support work. Sentence lengths vary because that’s how we talk. We aren't big on corporate slogans. We just like to get our work finished. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from the complex. The vibe is very energetic, maybe a bit too much sometimes, but that’s Andheri for you. We value being in the middle of this hub even if it means a long commute for some of us. It is a practical, no-frills environment where we just focus on the job at hand.
