We are located in the Arvindo Co-operative Housing Society, specifically in the A wing, flat number 304. This is in Charkop Sector 8 over in Kandivili West. It is a bit of a residential spot for an office, but it works for us. We handle consulting work for Capgemini India Consulting from this flat. It is not your usual office with a big lobby; instead, you walk through the society gates and come up to the third floor. We have turned the space into a functional work area with plenty of monitors and cables running everywhere. Being in a housing society means it is mostly quiet, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood like someone’s car honking or a delivery person at the gate. We take our work seriously, but the vibe in the office is pretty relaxed. We do not wear suits or anything like that unless we really have to for a big meeting. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks with tea or coffee, trying to solve problems for our clients. The local market is just a short walk away, which is handy when we need to grab something for lunch. It is a straightforward setup where we just focus on the business at hand. Sometimes the power flutters or the internet needs a quick reset, but that is just part of working in a place like this. We have been here a while.
