You can find Capgemini Consultancy Services tucked away in Sarita Apartments. We are on the second floor, specifically Flat No 7, at Plot No 24 in the Bandra Reclamation area. It’s a residential-style building, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than those huge glass towers you see elsewhere in Mumbai. Bandra West is a lively neighborhood, and being near the Reclamation means we get a bit of that sea breeze when the windows are open. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We don't spend money on expensive lobby art or leather chairs. We’d rather just have good computers and a quiet place to think. People sometimes get confused finding the entrance to Sarita Apartments, but once you’re in, it’s pretty straightforward. We've been here for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a low-key operation. We do our consulting work, talk to our clients, and try to avoid the worst of the Mumbai traffic when we head home. There’s no big marketing team here, just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We like the fact that it feels like a real community around here. You can grab a quick snack nearby, and everything is within reach. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay organized and helpful without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got a small kitchen for tea and that’s about it.
