We are based out of Gokuldham in Goregaon East, which is a pretty well-known spot in Mumbai. Being in this part of the city means there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a small setup here that handles the local side of things for the larger company. It’s mostly desks and computers, and we spend a lot of our time coordinating with people in different time zones. The walk from the station isn't too bad, which helps when the traffic gets heavy. We don’t have a massive sign or a glass skyscraper; we just operate out of a regular office space that works for our team. Most of the people working here live nearby in the suburbs, so we have a good local feel even though the name sounds international. We handle the daily tasks that come through from the main office and make sure the Mumbai operations stay on track. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the day, but we manage to keep things organized. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we prefer just getting the work done and heading home. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the day's tasks. It is a straightforward environment where everyone knows their role. We’ve been in Gokuldham long enough that the security guards and the local shopkeepers know us by name now, which makes the whole thing feel more like a community.
