Buoyant Developers

Down in Wadala, you can find Buoyant Developers at Pranav Extension 2. We’re at number 18 in the Mbpt New Colony, near Nadkar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s home for us. The area has that old colony feel, which we actually like quite a bit. It’s not like the new glass buildings you see popping up everywhere else. We’ve got a small office here where we handle all our paperwork and meetings. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Working in development means we’re often out and about, but 18 Mbpt New Colony is where we come back to. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sign outside. Just a small plate with the name. The neighbors are mostly families who have been here forever. We try to be quiet and not cause too much of a stir. Sometimes the plumbing in these older buildings gives us trouble, but we fix it and move on. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to build things and do a decent job of it. If you’re looking for us, just ask around the extension, most people know where the Pranav buildings are. We’ve been here quite a while now.
