Britto Pharma Machines

Our place is in the Kaveri Commercial Building, room 404. It’s located on Jagannath Mandir Road. It’s a typical commercial building with a lot of movement throughout the day. We deal with pharma machines, so the office usually has manuals and parts scattered around. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we get into the technical side of things. We have been on Jagannath Mandir Road for quite some time now. People who need machinery often stop by to talk about their requirements. We aren't salespeople who give long pitches. We just show what the machines can do and how they work. The office is practical, with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We take the lift up to the fourth floor every morning. The building has that busy, working-class feel to it. Sometimes the hallway is noisy with other businesses, but we just focus on our own tasks. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech startup. We are just a machinery business. The staff here knows their stuff. We handle the paperwork and the technical queries without making it complicated. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. Being in a commercial hub makes it easy for our suppliers to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about the nuts and bolts of the pharma industry. We like the practical nature of what we do. No big promises, just real machines for real use.
