Brainstorm Placements

Brainstorm Placements is located in Andheri East, specifically in room 801. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Andheri East can get. It’s a hub for everything. We are up on the eighth floor, which gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it's just other buildings. We spend our days helping people find jobs and helping companies find staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. The office is pretty basic—desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't go in for the flashy decor. We’ve been here in this part of the city for a good stretch. People come in for interviews all the time, and the elevator can be a bit slow in the mornings, but we make it work. It’s a practical space for a practical job. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at resumes and talk to people. Being in Andheri East 801 puts us right where the action is. It’s loud and fast-paced outside, but inside we try to keep things organized. We aren't a massive agency, just a small team trying to match the right person with the right spot. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it's stressful, but seeing someone get a job makes it worth it. We've stayed in this location because it's central and people can reach us easily by train or bus. We just keep plugging away day after day.
