Bpo

Our spot is in Parekh Mansion, right on Aarey Road in Goregaon West. It’s a well-known building in this part of Mumbai, even if it looks a bit old from the outside. Bpo is tucked away inside on one of the floors. Working on Aarey Road means we deal with a lot of noise from the cars and rickshaws outside, but once we’re in and the computers are on, we don't notice it much. The office itself is quite cramped with all the files and computers, but we’ve made it work. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Lunchtime is usually spent sharing tiffins or going down to one of the small eateries nearby. The work we do is pretty repetitive, but it’s steady. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that on the walls. We just have a calendar and some notes about the daily targets. Goregaon is a busy place, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a little near the window, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s just how things are in an old building like this. We are just regular people trying to do a good job and get home on time. It's a simple life and a simple business. We have been here for years.
