We go by Bpl, and we handle things mainly through the internet these days. Our main contact point is that Gmail address, Mindasdasmin, which we check pretty much all day long. We don't have a big physical storefront where people can just walk in from the street. It’s more of a home-based operation or a small desk setup where we stay on the computer most of the time. Working this way lets us keep things low-key and quiet. We are mostly busy with emails and digital tasks. It might seem a bit different not having a street address in the middle of a busy city, but it really suits how we work. Most of our day is spent typing away and making sure messages don't get missed in the shuffle. We try to be quick about replying because that's how everyone reaches us. It's just a few of us here. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist or a fancy lobby. It’s a very simple and direct way of doing business. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, but there’s always something to do on the screen. We started out small and just kept going this way. It’s practical for what we do. No need for expensive furniture or high rent. We just need a good connection and some time to get through the daily inbox. We aren't trying to be some big tech company. We are just Bpl, doing our thing from wherever we happen to be.
