Boston Analytics

We are Boston Analytics, and we kind of split our time between Mumbai and Delhi. It's a bit of a juggling act sometimes. We don't have just one single spot we call home since the work takes us back and forth between the two biggest cities in the country. It means a lot of time spent in airports or on trains, and our bags are always halfway packed. In Mumbai, we deal with the humidity and the fast pace, and in Delhi, we have to handle the extreme heat or the cold winters. It’s not a fancy setup. Most of our meetings happen in coffee shops or in borrowed office spaces. We don’t have a big permanent staff sitting in one place. It’s more about the people we have on the ground in both locations. We do a lot of data work and research, which sounds more exciting than it actually is when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours. We don't have a mission statement or any of that marketing fluff. We just try to make sense of the information we gather. Coordination can be tough when half the team is in one city and the rest are elsewhere, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we have a system. It’s a bit of a nomad lifestyle, but it works for us. We just keep moving between Mumbai and Delhi to get the job done.
