H K Associates

We’ve been running H K Associates from this second-floor spot behind Pawar School for a while now. It’s right on the Link Road in I C Colony. Borivali West is a busy area, but our office stays relatively quiet most days unless we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. We handle property stuff, mostly just talking to people about what they need and looking through local listings. It’s just a few of us here. The building isn't fancy or anything, but it gets the job done for us. Sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find us since we are behind the school, so we usually tell them to look for the main school gate first. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and changes, but we try to keep things straightforward. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Just some desks, chairs, and plenty of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood checking out sites. It's a local business, through and through. We know the streets around Borivali pretty well by now. If you're coming over, it's usually best to call ahead because we might be out at a site visit. That happens quite a bit during the week. We just try to help people find a place without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and making sure everything is in order.
