Bliss Electro Graphics

Our little shop is over in the Neelam Building, right there on L J Road in the 4th T Block. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to people on the phone, usually we just tell them we are opposite Canossa School and that helps them find us. Being in B-12 Kelwadi, we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the machines humming and the smell of ink. We do a lot of graphics work, mostly printing and setting things up for people who need something tangible in their hands. The space isn’t very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with paper offcuts and boxes of toner. We spend a lot of our time staring at screens or checking that the colors on the paper match what we saw on the monitor. Sometimes the machines act up or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s just us working here, trying to get things out the door on time. We don't really do much in the way of advertising, we just rely on people walking by on 32nd E End Cross or parents coming from the school. It’s a steady kind of life, surrounded by posters and flyers. We keep the front door open mostly to let some air in while we work through the pile of jobs for the day. There is always a lot of paper around.
