Bhosale Construction

We’re based out of Borivali East, in the Shivkrupa Building, specifically unit A 2. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and being in the construction business means we are always on the move. The office in Shivkrupa Building over in the Gurukw area is where we keep the blueprints and the heavy tools that aren't currently on a site. It’s often a bit messy with bags of cement or tiles leaning against the walls. My name is Bhosale and I started this because I liked seeing things being built from the ground up. We don't do the massive skyscrapers you see in the magazines. We mostly handle local renovations, small houses, and repairs around the neighborhood. It’s honest work. You get your hands dirty and you spend a lot of time arguing with suppliers about the price of sand or bricks. The traffic in Borivali is a nightmare, so we try to get to the sites very early before the roads get blocked. My crew is a small group of guys who have been with me for years. We know how each other works without having to say much. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy logo. Most of our jobs come from someone telling their neighbor that we did a decent job on their kitchen or roof. We just take it one project at a time and try to finish before the monsoon hits. It’s hard work but it feels good when a job is done.
