Our place is located in Jai Sadan over on Shell Colony Road. It's G 6, right on the ground floor so it’s easy to find if you're looking for us. We deal with telecom systems, which basically means anything to do with phones and wiring for offices or homes. It’s a lot of technical stuff that most people don't want to mess with themselves because it gets confusing. We have boxes of cables, old handsets, and new bits and pieces scattered around the workshop. Sometimes it looks messy but we know exactly where everything is kept. Mumbai is a big city and everyone needs to stay connected, so we stay pretty busy fixing lines or setting up small exchanges. We’ve been in this Maharashtra 400071 area for a good bit now. It’s not a shiny showroom with glass walls. It’s more of a workspace where we test things and talk to customers about their connection problems. Sometimes parts are hard to find for older systems that people still use, but we try to track them down eventually. We don't use big words to explain how things work because that doesn't help anyone. If your phone line is dead or the intercom isn't buzzing, we take a look at it. It’s practical work. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out at a site checking wires in the rain or heat. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
