You can find us at B-60 in the Bhandup Station Plaza. Being right on Bhandup Station Road means we hear the trains going by all day long. It’s a very busy part of Bhandup West, and there’s always a crowd outside. Oriole Consultancy Services is a small office where we help people with various types of paperwork and professional advice. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us because they were walking to the station and saw our sign, or someone they know told them to come here. The office is fairly small and filled with cabinets of files. We try to keep things organized, but there's always a lot to keep track of. It’s just a few of us working here. We deal with a lot of local residents and small business owners who need help navigating rules or filling out forms. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important to the people who come to see us. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually covered in documents. Sometimes the power goes out in the building, but we just wait it out or use a flashlight to finish what we’re doing. We’ve been here for a while and have become a fixture of the plaza. It’s a convenient spot for everyone, being so close to the trains and the main road.
