Bhagwan Associates

We've been here on Nagdevi Street for quite some time now. It’s right near Crawford Market, so you probably know how crowded and busy this whole area gets every single day. Bhagwan Associates is just one of those shops tucked into the Nagdevi Chamber at number 280. Most people come to us because they need specific parts for their projects or jobs and don't want to run all over the city. It’s not fancy here. There are stacks of items everywhere and the noise from the street never really stops. We spend most of our time answering phones or helping folks who walk in through the door looking for something very particular. Sometimes we have what you need right away, and other times we have to look through the back. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything in such a tight space. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this part of Mumbai for years. The building itself is old, but it’s where we do our business. We try to keep things simple. If you need a part, we check if it's there. That is how we have always operated. It gets hot in the afternoons and the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. Just a regular bunch of people working here in the heart of the market district. We stay open late most nights.
