You’ll find us inside Kd Poly Clinic at 13-B, Manubhar in Andheri West. We are right next to the Temptation Ice Cream Parlour, which is a bit of a funny coincidence for a dental office. Often, the kids who come in for a check-up are already looking at the ice cream shop through the window. The clinic is part of a larger polyclinic setup, so there are other doctors around too. Our section has the dental chair and all the usual instruments laid out on trays. It’s a clean space, but it’s definitely not one of those fancy luxury clinics. We have a few pictures on the wall and some chairs in the hallway for people to wait. Andheri West is always moving fast, and Manubhar is no exception. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street, but once the door is shut, it’s a bit calmer. We spend our time fixing fillings and cleaning teeth. The staff is just a few of us who have worked together for years. We know the regular patients by name and usually end up chatting about the neighborhood. It’s a comfortable, low-key place to get your dental work done. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and see who’s on the schedule. It feels like a real part of the local community. We usually keep some water and a few old magazines in the corner for anyone waiting.
