Beaming Smiles Dental Clinic

Our clinic is tucked into the ground floor of the Keshavji Building, 21-C, over in Gamdevi on Hughes Road. It’s a busy street outside, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We have been in this building for quite a while now. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve organized the chairs and the equipment so everything fits. We spend our days looking at teeth and talking to people about their hygiene. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The ground floor location is handy because nobody has to wait for the old elevator in the building. We see a lot of people who work in the offices nearby or live in the apartments around Gamdevi. Sometimes we have to stay late when a patient comes in with a problem right at closing time. We don't have a receptionist who gives a scripted greeting; we just say hello and ask how you’re doing. The walls are a plain off-white color and the floor is that standard tile you see everywhere. We focus on the tools and the patients rather than making the place look like a hotel. Hughes Road is always humming with traffic, so there is always a bit of background noise. We just go about our business and try to keep everyone’s teeth in good shape.
