Balkhash Trupti Clinic is located at 103/A Vertex Vikas Sir M.v Road Andheri East Andheri Eastn. Being in Andheri, specifically on M.V. Road, means things are almost always hectic outside our windows. The traffic and the crowds never really stop. Inside the clinic, it’s a bit more manageable, though we do stay quite busy with patients throughout the day. We are a general clinic, so we see a bit of everything. People coming from work or those who live in the nearby apartments often drop in. The office is functional and straightforward. We have a small waiting area that can get pretty full during the evening hours. There isn’t any fancy art on the walls, just some health posters and a clock that’s usually a few minutes fast. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow and change around us. The Vertex Vikas building is easy to find, which helps our patients find 103/A. We don’t use any corporate language or have a big mission statement. We just open the doors, see who needs help, and do our best to take care of them. It’s a practical way to run a clinic in such a fast-paced part of Mumbai. Sometimes we have to shout a little over the noise of the traffic, but we make it work. It’s just a normal part of life in Andheri East for us. We just focus on the people walking through the door.
