B K Associates

Our small office is located at number 13 in Maratha Colony. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a long time. B K and the associates here spend a lot of time working on things that require a good amount of patience. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing away old records. The building is a bit older, so you might hear the pipes clanking now and then. We don't mind it much. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. People usually find us through friends or neighbors. We don't do much in the way of promotion; we just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks. Maratha Colony is a nice place to be based. It's got its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into it over the years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help the people who come to us with their problems. Lunch is usually a shared affair in the small back room. We talk about local news or whatever is happening on the street. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. If you’re ever near number 13, that’s where you’ll find us, likely surrounded by folders and drinking some tea. There’s a stray cat that hangs around the entrance, and we usually give it a bit of milk in the mornings.
