We’re located in the Ansa Industrial Estate on Saki Vihar Road. Unit K-204 is where we spend most of our time. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always something going on around us. You hear the sounds of trucks and people moving crates all day. It’s a very grounded place to work. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower. We’re right there in the middle of the action in Sakinaka. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got what we need to run AYU VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED and not much else. It’s about being functional. We’ve been here for a while and we like the vibe of the estate. It feels like people are actually making things and getting work done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty and the hallways are narrow, but it’s got character. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just focus on the business. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for years. We handle our day-to-day tasks without much fuss. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We’re just a local business trying to navigate the Mumbai market. No big corporate fluff here. Just a group of people working out of a solid industrial unit. We keep it simple and keep moving. There is a lot of history in these buildings, and you can feel it when you walk through the gates every morning. We just try to do our part and stay busy every single day.
