Ayesha Clinic

Ayesha Clinic is situated at No. 284/17 on Gunpowder Road in Mazgaon, right near the Masjid. It’s a very historic and densely packed part of the city. The clinic is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for the elderly folks in the neighborhood to walk in without having to deal with stairs. Gunpowder Road is always buzzing with activity, from the local markets to the people going to the Masjid for prayers. Our space is small and functional. We have a little area for patients to sit, and the doctor’s room is just behind a wooden partition. It’s a simple setup because we don’t need anything fancy to do our jobs. The walls are lined with a few health posters and a calendar from last year that we haven't taken down yet. Our staff is just a few local people who know almost everyone in the community by name. We get a lot of regulars who stop by just to ask a quick question or get their blood pressure checked. The smell of local food often drifts in from the street, and you can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside. We don't have a mission statement or a corporate logo; we just have a commitment to being here every day when the doors open. It’s a humble clinic in a busy part of Mazgaon, and that suits us just fine.
