Ashwani Motors

Started out in Borivali West 34 a while back. It’s mostly just us here at Ashwani Motors, getting our hands dirty with whatever car pulls in. Some days are slow, but usually, it's just a lot of engine noise and trying to figure out where that weird rattling sound is coming from. We don’t have any fancy waiting rooms or coffee machines, just a few stools and a lot of tools scattered around. The shop floor is usually a bit oily, which is expected. We spend most of our time under hoods or checking tires. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the shop. People around the neighborhood know where we are. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Sometimes parts take longer to arrive than we want, but that’s just how it goes with suppliers. We’ve seen all kinds of vehicles, from old beat-up models to newer ones that have too many computers in them. It's a living. We keep the doors open six days a week and try to get things done so people can get back on the road. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working on the list of things to fix. If you walk by Borivali West 34, you’ll probably see us bent over a bumper or talking to a customer about their brakes. It’s what we do every day.
