Ascoca

Ascoca is based in Andheri East within the Marol Police Camp area. We are in building A2, specifically flat number 11. It is right on Marol Maroshi Road so the traffic is something we deal with every single day. The location is a bit tucked away inside the camp but once you know the building number it is simple to reach us. It is a residential kind of setting which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office park. We have our setup in the main room of the flat. There are wires running across the floor to the different workstations and we have to be careful not to trip on them. The kitchen serves as our break room where we keep some snacks and the kettle. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight but we have made it work for our needs. We have a few cupboards for storing all our documents and some old boxes in the corner. The light comes in through the balcony which is nice in the mornings before the sun gets too high. We do not have any fancy signs or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It is a very local way of doing business where everyone knows each other and we just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks.
