Ascend Training Solutions

You can find Ascend Training Solutions over in Malad West. We are in the Orb building, Shop Number 412 on the 4th floor. It’s a pretty standard commercial building. Sometimes the lift takes forever to come down, so we tell people to give themselves an extra few minutes. Our space is basically just a few rooms set up for people to sit and learn stuff. It’s not a luxury setup. The chairs are okay, but they aren't anything special. We’ve got a small area where we keep the tea and some biscuits for when we take breaks. Most of the day is spent talking and going through various training materials. We don't have a lot of shiny brochures or posters on the walls. We just try to get the information across as clearly as we can. It can get a bit loud in the hallway if the other offices are busy, but we just shut the door. We aren't a big corporate training center with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us trying to make the most of the space we have. We like being in Malad because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We just get on with it. Every day is different, but we stay focused on the task at hand.
