We have our office set up over in Andheri West, right in the Citi Mall area at Roberson Block. It’s a pretty busy part of town so there is always noise from the shops and people walking by outside. Our room isn’t much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We spend most of the morning answering the phone and trying to get through the pile of paperwork that seems to grow every single week. Consultancy sounds like a big word but mostly we just help people figure out their forms and whatever small issues they bring in. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, which is a real headache when you are in a rush, but we manage somehow. Being in the mall means we can grab a quick tea or a snack without going too far. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The 1st Main area gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is finishing work. Our staff is small, just a few of us sitting here doing the daily tasks. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. People just walk in, sit on the plastic chairs we have against the wall, and wait their turn. It’s practical and it works for us. We try to keep things organized but with so many clients coming in and out, the desks get messy fast.
