We are based inside Citizen Apartments on 30th Road in Bandra West. It’s a busy neighborhood and we have been a part of it for quite many years now. Our clinic is where people come when they need to get their eyes checked or if they are looking for a new pair of glasses. We have a decent selection of frames on the walls, ranging from simple ones to something a bit more modern. It is not a very large shop, so things can feel a bit snug when there are a few customers inside at once. We also handle contact lenses and have a small room in the back where we do the eye testing. The equipment is older but it does the job just fine. Being in Bandra West means we get all sorts of people walking in, from long-time residents of the apartments above us to folks just passing through 30th Road. We don't have any flashy sales tactics or big corporate branding. It is just a local business where we know our craft. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty with the city air, but we try to keep things tidy. We don’t use a lot of medical jargon either; we just help you find a pair of glasses that feel right and help you see better. It’s a simple, honest way to run a shop without any unnecessary complications or pressure.
