We are based out of the Bhavna Building on the ground floor, which is part of the Sahjanand Estate in Sarkhej. Our address says Vile Parle West too because of how the market is categorized, but you'll find us specifically at Chetan Market. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the estate with all the different units, but we are at number 10. The space is mostly used for storing healthcare products and getting them ready for people who need them. It's not a showroom or anything flashy. We have boxes stacked up and a simple desk where we handle the paperwork. Sarkhej is an area where a lot of moving and lifting happens every day. We spend most of our time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The ground floor location makes it easier for loading and unloading, which is a plus. The hallway leading to our unit is a bit dark, but once you're inside, we have some decent fluorescent lights. We usually have a kettle going for tea because the estate can get a bit chilly in the early mornings. Dealing with healthcare products means we have to be careful with the dates and the labels, so we spend a lot of time double-checking everything. It's a lot of physical work, moving crates and stacking them neatly in the corners of the Bhavna Building. We know the security guard at the gate of Sahjanand Estate quite well.
