Working out of Dreams Mall in Bhandup West is quite an experience. Our office is Ug 308 on the upper ground floor. It’s a busy place with people always walking past the glass doors. Ar Universal Multi Trade 99 Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here for a bit now. We deal with a lot of different things, which is why the multi trade part is in the name. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at inventory lists. The mall can get pretty loud on weekends, but inside the office, we just keep our heads down and work. Bhandup is a crowded area, so getting here in the morning is sometimes a struggle with the traffic. Once we’re inside, it’s all about coordination. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our trades go through without any hiccups. The office isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. It gets a bit cluttered with files sometimes. We take our tea breaks at the small stalls nearby. It’s just regular people trying to run a business in a big city. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just trade goods and keep track of the numbers. That’s the reality of it. It is just a job that we try to do well every day.
