Aqua Retail Advisors Llp is based on the first floor of the Tardeo Apartment building, specifically Flat 12. We are right on Javji Dadaji Marg in the Grant Road area. It’s a historic part of Mumbai, and you can really feel that when you walk around the neighborhood. The building has been there for a long time, and our office has that old-school feel to it too. We don't have fancy lights or a modern lobby. Instead, we have high ceilings and windows that let in a lot of dust from the street. Working at Aqua Retail Advisors Llp means we spend a lot of time advising people on retail stuff, so we are often surrounded by reports and maps of different shopping areas. It’s a lot of data to handle, and our desks are usually covered in notes and sketches. We don't really have a formal way of doing things; we just sit down and tackle whatever comes in that day. The plumbing in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we’ve learned which taps to turn gently. It’s just part of the charm of working in Tardeo. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us here every day making things happen. There’s a good vada pav stall nearby that we visit way too often. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of town where we get through our work.
