Apt Advertising

The office for Apt Advertising is in Sunshine Plaza, which is really close to the Dadar station. Being up in room 503, we get a bit of a view of the area, but mostly we just hear the trains and the crowds downstairs. Dadar is always chaotic, so getting to the office feels like a bit of a relief from the heat and noise outside. We’ve got some desks, a few computers, and a lot of old files stacked in the corners. It’s not a big corporate space at all. It’s more of a place where we sit and figure out what looks good on paper or a screen for the day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with deadlines to worry about that. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and trying to get things sent to the printers on time. The building has a lot of other small businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallway. We usually order lunch from one of the stalls near the station because the food is fast. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we find ways to get the work done anyway. It's a lived-in space that works for us. There’s a kettle for tea in the corner that gets used a lot. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or fancy chairs. We just work here.
