Apples Eyes

Apples Eyes is located on Bhandarkar Road in the Matunga area. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and we’ve been here for a while now. The name is a bit different, but we are just a local shop serving the people who live and work around Matunga. The street outside is always full of people going to the temples or the colleges nearby. Our shop is quite simple. We don't have many fancy decorations or anything like that. Inside, you’ll find our usual stock and some chairs for customers. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes when a lot of stock comes in, things get a bit piled up in the corners. It’s a lived-in kind of place. We don’t put on any acts. If you come in, you’ll see us just doing our daily chores or talking to a neighbor. Matunga has a very specific feel to it, and we think our shop fits right in with the other small businesses on Bhandarkar Road. We see the same faces every morning when we open the shutters. Some people have been coming to us for years. We don't really use social media or do big promotions. We just rely on being here and being honest with people who walk in. It’s a small space, but it’s ours. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop directly, so it can get a bit warm, but we don't mind much. It’s just how it is.
