Appetite

You can find Appetite on Gulmohar Road, tucked into the 3rd Cross over in Kaveri Layout 183. It is a quiet enough area most of the time. We opened this place because there were not many options around here for a decent meal that was not just home cooking. The space is a bit tight, but we managed to fit in enough chairs for a small crowd. We do a mix of things, mostly whatever we feel like cooking that day or what people keep asking for. It is not some big chain, just a local shop run by a few of us who like being in the kitchen. Sometimes the orders take a few extra minutes because we do not have everything pre-made in big batches. We use whatever ingredients we get from the market that morning. If the tomatoes are bad that day, well, we just do not make the dishes that need them. People in the layout know us by now, so they usually just walk in and ask what is fresh. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we forget to update the prices on the board right away. The floor is a bit uneven in the corner, but nobody seems to mind much. We are just trying to keep the doors open and the plates full for anyone who wanders down the 3rd Cross looking for something to eat. It is just a normal neighborhood spot for normal people.
