We’re located up on the 9th floor of the Firpos building. It’s on Bhulabhai Desai Road in Cumballa Hill. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai. Being on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street below. We do consulting here, mostly focused on education-related stuff. The office is usually full of papers and brochures. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now. Some days the elevator takes forever because the building is quite busy. We have a small team here. We try to keep things moving as best we can. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. Just a space where we meet people and talk about their plans. Cumballa Hill is a nice area, though traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually stay late to avoid the rush. Our desks are a bit of a mess sometimes. We use a lot of sticky notes to remember things. People come to us when they are confused about their options. We just sit down and go through things one by one. It’s honest work and we like helping out the students and families that come by. We try to keep the coffee pot full because we definitely need it on some of these longer afternoons when the paperwork piles up high.
