Anmol Green Rolls

You can find Anmol Green Rolls at 512 in the Moss Building over in Kalbadevi. It’s a busy area, always lots of people moving around and trucks unloading stuff. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We focus mostly on rolls, the kind you can eat while you’re walking because nobody has time to sit down around here. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but we’ve made our spot work. We start chopping vegetables early in the morning. The tawa stays hot pretty much all day long. Sometimes the smoke from the grill gets a bit much, so we keep the door propped open with a brick. It’s not fancy. We have a couple of lights that flicker sometimes and a counter that’s seen better days. But we show up every morning and start rolling the dough. It’s a lot of repetitive work, standing on your feet for ten hours, but it’s what we do. The regulars know what they want before they even get to the front of the line. We don’t do much advertising, mostly just people seeing the sign when they walk past the Moss Building. We just keep the ingredients ready and try to get the orders out fast so people can get back to work. There are no fancy decorations here, just the smell of frying dough and onions.
