Anil Laxman Korgaonkar

This place is located at Plot 99 in the Shukrawar Peth area of Kandivali West. It’s a building called Varad Bunglow, which gives it a more personal feel than a big office block. I am Anil Laxman Korgaonkar, and I spend most of my working hours right here. It’s a bit of a residential vibe around the plot, so you see neighbors going about their business while we are trying to get our work done. The bungalow has a bit of character to it, maybe a few squeaky floors here and there, but it’s homey. We have our setup in a way that works for us, even if it might look a little cluttered to an outsider. Kandivali is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always something happening just outside the gate. We get a decent breeze sometimes, which is nice when it’s humid. Most of the day is just routine stuff, answering calls and handling whatever tasks come our way. It isn't a high-pressure environment with suits and ties; we keep it pretty relaxed. The garden area outside is a good spot to take a quick breather when the screen gets to be too much. It’s just a regular local business operating out of a space that we’ve made our own over the years. We keep things pretty simple and don't worry too much about being flashy or modern as long as the work gets finished.
