Hari Om Marbles & Granites

You can find our place at Plot 141 in the Marol Co-operative Industrial Estate, right in the Sagbaug area of Sakinaka. We are situated on the first floor of the building. Working with heavy stone like marble and granite is often dusty and tiring work, but we have been doing it here in Andheri East for a very long time. The industrial estate is always humming with the sound of machines and vehicles moving in and out of the various gates. Our space is filled with samples of different slabs, and there is usually a thin layer of stone dust on almost everything no matter how much we try to clean it up. People come to us when they are building a new kitchen or fixing up a floor in their home. We spend a lot of time showing customers the different natural patterns in the stone because no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Finding the way can be a bit of a maze getting back to our specific section of the estate if you are not familiar with the turns off A.K. Road. Our unit is just a practical place where we keep the stock and talk to people about their construction projects. Often, the staff is out at the back checking on a new delivery or helping someone load a truck for a site. That is just how we run things around here, keeping it informal and focusing on the stone.
