Marksans Pharma Ltd. is located on the 11th Floor Grandeur. That’s right off Veera Desai Rd. Being up on the eleventh floor gives us a pretty good view of the area, and we’re right opposite Gundecha Symphony, which is a big landmark around here. Veera Desai Rd. is always humming with cars and people. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. Our office is a busy place. We have a lot of departments working in the same space. It’s not a quiet library vibe; there’s always something happening. We’ve got our workstations set up across the floor. The building itself, Grandeur, is a nice enough place, and the elevators are usually fast, which helps when you’re on the 11th floor. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to colleagues. It’s a lot of coordination. We don’t have a lot of extra space for things that aren't necessary. Everything in the office has a purpose. Even though we’re in a big building, it still feels like a local workplace once you get inside our doors. We’ve been here for a while and the location suits us well. It’s easy for everyone to get to, and having Gundecha Symphony right across the street makes it very easy to give directions to anyone coming by. The sun can get quite bright up here in the afternoons, so we have to keep the blinds pulled down halfway.
