Euphoria Healthcare is based in Unit 1/A at Empress Business Bay. We are located on MIDC Road, which is quite close to the Tunga Regale Hotel in Andheri East. This area is always buzzing with activity because of all the offices around here. Our unit is mostly an open space with several desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We handle the administrative side of healthcare, so it’s a lot of data entry and talking to insurance companies or providers. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a checkup. We have a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits for our breaks. The office is pretty functional and we haven't spent much time making it look pretty. We have some files stacked on the floor because we ran out of shelf space last month. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we’ve settled into a rhythm. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of honking. We try to get through our tasks and head home before the trains get too crowded. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, but usually, we stay pretty busy. It’s a straightforward office job and we just try to do it right.
