Our office for An Idea Treean Idea Tree Advisory Llp is up on the 12th floor of the Sausalito B Wing. It is part of the Kia Park Prathamesh Complex on Veera Desai Road. If you know Andheri West, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings. Being on the 12th floor gives us a bit of a view of Mumbai City, though mostly we are just looking at other buildings and the tops of cars. The address is 1204, so we are tucked away at the end of the hall. It is a busy complex with plenty of other people coming and going. We have been here for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Veera Desai Road has everything you need, so we usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby. The office itself isn’t anything too flashy, just desks, some chairs, and plenty of files. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the advisory work we have to do. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes the commute a bit of a mess, but the building is sturdy. It is a decent spot for a business to be located. There are always people waiting for the lifts in the morning, which is a good time to catch up with neighbors from the other offices in Kia Park. It feels like a real community here.
