Amber Eye Care & Micro - surgery Centre

Our place is located in the Hosbanoo Mansion. It is that building on Gokhale Road that everyone calls the Ice Factory building. We are up on the first floor. It is pretty easy to spot if you are walking along the road. We do eye care and surgeries. We see a lot of local people coming in with all sorts of eye problems. Some just need new glasses while others are there for the micro-surgery part of things. The office isn't too large, but we've squeezed in everything we need to help folks out. Most of the staff has been here for a good bit of time. We know the rhythm of the street and the way the traffic sounds below. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so some people just take the stairs. It’s one of those buildings that has a lot of character, maybe too much sometimes. We’ve been part of the local community for a long time. People come in, get their eyes checked, and head back out to their day. It’s regular work, but it matters to the people who live around here. We try to be helpful and keep things simple for everyone. It's just us doing our jobs day in and day out.
