Our office is Shop No. 31 on the ground floor of Keddy Towers, specifically in the A wing. You will find us in Nagpada, which is part of the Mumbai Central area. ALLADAM TOURS AND TRAVELS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just us helping people figure out their trips and travel plans. It is a busy little shop. We spend our time looking up tickets, organizing tours, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with traveling these days. The office can get a bit noisy because it is right on the ground floor and the street outside is always full of life. We do not have a massive team, it is mostly just a couple of us handling the walk-ins and phone calls. We do not try to sound like a giant multinational company. We are just a local travel agency that knows the ins and outs of getting from one place to another. There is usually a lot of folders and maps lying around. We have some old posters of different travel destinations on the walls, though some of them are starting to fade. It gives the place a bit of character. People stop by to ask about bus times or train schedules even when they are not booking a full tour. We try to help them out anyway. The door is usually open to let in a bit of air, though it also brings in the dust from the street. We are just here to help.
