Our office for Align Consulting Pvt Ptd is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Hiranandan area of Kharghar. We are in the Simran Recidnce building, which is Building No A. Our actual workspace is Flat No 801 on the 8th floor. It’s a bit different working out of a residential building, but it actually makes for a pretty quiet and focused environment most of the time. From the 8th floor, we get a decent view of the surrounding area, which is nice when we need to take a break from looking at our computers. Kharghar is a developing part of the city, so there is always some construction noise in the distance, but inside the flat, it is mostly just the sound of typing and people discussing projects. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist at a front desk. Instead, it’s just a group of us sitting at our desks in what used to be a living room. We find that this setup works well for the kind of consulting we do because it keeps things casual and low-key. Most of our day is spent on calls or working through data for our clients. We usually bring our own lunches or order something from the small shops nearby. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without all the extra overhead of a big corporate park. We just focus on the work at hand and enjoy the relatively calm pace of life here.
