You will find us at unit 23 on the second floor of the Chitrakoot building. It is located at 1A/1C on S K Barodawala in Mumbai. The building is one of those older ones that has been around for decades. It is not a fancy glass tower, but it does the job. Our advisory office is a quiet place. We don't have a lot of people coming and going, so we can focus on the work. It is mostly just reading through documents and trying to figure out the best way to help people with their business issues. We have a few old desks and some comfortable chairs, which is all we really need. We don't believe in spending a lot of money on things that don't help us do the job better. The area around S K Barodawala is quite busy, but our floor stays relatively peaceful. We are a small team and we have worked together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We aren't interested in making big promises or using marketing talk. We just give our honest opinion on things and let the results speak for themselves. It is a simple, no-frills operation. We like it that way because it keeps things clear and easy to manage. Most days are just about being steady and thorough.
