Akshi Eye Centre

We are located at Gala No 1 in the Mehta Estate on I B Patel Road. If you are familiar with Goregaon East, you probably know the area can be quite a maze sometimes. Our spot is pretty straightforward once you find the estate. It is just a regular eye centre where we handle the usual stuff like eye exams and getting people fitted for new glasses. We have been in this part of Mumbai for some time now and most of our regulars are just folks from the nearby buildings. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. It is mostly a lot of testing vision and talking to people about why their eyes are feeling dry or tired. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us who show up every day to work. Sometimes the rain makes it hard for people to get here, but we are usually open. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is in the right place. It is a practical kind of job. No one is trying to be fancy here. We just want to make sure you can see the signs on the road when you leave. Goregaon is a busy place and we are just one small part of it. We open up the gala every morning and see who needs their eyes checked.
