We’ve been here at Anita Accord for quite a while now. Our office is up on the 8th floor, specifically room 805. If you live around Lokhandwala in Kandivali East, you probably know the building. It’s right on Akurli Road, which gets incredibly busy during the day. We handle various consulting tasks for different people and businesses. It’s usually just a couple of us in the office, sitting at our desks and getting through the paperwork. The traffic outside can be a real headache, especially during rush hour, but we genuinely like being in this part of Mumbai. It has a real neighborhood feel to it. We started this whole thing because we had some experience and wanted to use it. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We’ve got some basic furniture, a few computers, and a lot of files. Sometimes we go downstairs to the tea stall for a quick break. It’s a small operation, but it works well for the kind of work we do. We try to keep things very straightforward and avoid all that complicated talk. If you ever need to find us, just look for the 805 sign. Mumbai is a fast city, but inside our four walls, we just focus on doing our job quietly. It’s a very practical, no-frills kind of place, and that’s how we like it. We’ve seen the area grow a lot over the years.
