Adlib Creation

Adlib Creation is based in Jogeshwari West, over in Prospect Chambers on D N Road. We are in Kunj Niwas, which is right opposite Ruby Tower. It’s an old building with a lot of character, meaning the stairs are a bit steep and the walls have seen a lot of history. We do creative work here, but don’t expect a studio with beanbags or fancy lighting. We have some solid desks, a few good monitors, and way too many cables tangled up behind the computers. The noise from the street is constant, but we sort of stop hearing it after the first hour. Most days involve us sitting around and trying to come up with ideas that look good on paper or on a screen. We get a lot of light through the windows in the afternoon, which is nice until it hits the screens and we have to pull the curtains. There are heaps of sketches and scrap paper lying around everywhere. We aren't the most organized bunch, but we always know where things are eventually. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, ordering food from the place downstairs. It’s a bit messy and sometimes stressful, but we like the feeling of making something from scratch. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the building all know us as the ones who stay up late with the lights on while working.
