Adisoft Placement

We are located in Bhandup West, right inside the Station Plaza at C 107. Being so close to the station is good because a lot of people pass by, but it also means we hear the trains rattling past all day long. The office is a bit small, and when we have a few people coming in for interviews at the same time, it gets pretty crowded in the hallway. We have some basic desks and chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets full of papers. It’s not a high-end office with glass partitions. We just do placement work, trying to match people with jobs that might fit them. It can be a bit stressful when things aren't moving fast, but we just keep at it. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or typing on the computer. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to make sense of all the resumes we get. We usually take our lunch breaks at different times because there isn't much room for everyone to sit and eat together. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the door to the corridor. It’s a simple, busy office where we focus on the task at hand. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes.
